How does it work?

The LAN Jukebox consists of two parts:

  1. The player software
  2. The client software

Install the player software is on a central computer that is connected to a stereo. This computer plays all music directly through the speakers, as if it were a CD player.

Use the player software to copy your MP3 collection to the player computer. The player computer should be accessible to the other computers via the network.

Install the client software on the other computers. Everybody in the office uses the client software to log on to the player and control it.

Optionally, you can also install the client as an intranet web site to control the player via a web browser.

View a couple of screen shots from both the player and the client software.
