Using the player

The player runs on a central computer connected to the local network and an audio system. The player continually plays songs (MP3 files) and listens to requests from the clients on the network. You typically leave the player running all the time, and use it once in a while to add new songs and records.

The player also creates an icon in the taskbar tray. Right-click the icon to open a menu with commands to hide and restore the player window.
