The stand-alone client is required by all users unless support for web-based clients is installed. The client controls the central player. It is used to request songs, search for songs, and to see what's currently playing.
To install the stand-alone client, run the setup program and choose Stand-alone Jukebox client. If you're not familiar with the options presented, just click Next to proceed with the default settings.
Double-click the LAN Jukebox Client icon on the desktop to start the stand-alone client.
Note: to use the client on a Mac, you have to install support for web-based clients and run the client from a web browser. There is no stand-alone client for MacOS.
