Using the client

The client is used to control the player. The client can browse the collection of songs, request songs, and see what is currently playing. Everyone in the office typically uses the client now and then.

• Logging onto the player
  
• Main screen
  
• Requesting songs
  
• Searching for songs
  
• Playing an album or style

The client can be run as a stand-alone application or from a web page.To be able to use the client, a player needs to be installed on the local network. See Installation for more information.
